About Old Toby
Old Toby is a proprietary cannabis genetic developed by breeder and activist Matthew Gordon to help reverse the short- term memory loss he was plagued by after being treated with high doses of Interferon by licensed, though misguided physicians. After 11 years of breeding, Old Toby has emerged as a unique phenotype that has been reported by a number of users to have a mitigating effect on their conditions, including edema, swelling due to arthritis, fibromyalgia symptoms, other neuropathic pain, PTSD, and migraine headaches.
The strain has been bred to eliminate known side effects of marijuana such as lethargy, paranoia, and “munchies” through Gordon’s focus on its chemical properties. Old Toby typically has a THC component of 16% or so, but the commonly experienced effects of THC are minimized in this strain, acting almost as if it were a high CBD strain(which it is not.) The Terpene profile is accentuated by a strong Limonene and Pinene influence.
